1.2. Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product (e.g., books, trading tools) from INVIKINGS, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund upon receiving the returned item.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team  with the following information: Your name and contact details. Details of the trading service or product purchased. Reason for the refund request.Any supporting documentation, if applicable. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

3.1. Trading Services: Refunds for trading services will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
3.2. Products: Refunds for physical products will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Digital product refunds will be processed promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable: 
   Digital products, once downloaded or accessed.
- Products returned in unsatisfactory or non-resalable condition.
